混合式步进电机自定位转矩的二维有限元仿真设计研究

摘要: 自定位转矩是混合式步进电机一项非常重要的性能指标,现有的利用气隙比磁导法和齿槽比磁导法等磁路计算方法运算速度快,但精度较低,尤其是在磁路发生严重饱和的情况下该方法难以准确计算。本文以磁通不变为原则,对混合式步进电机模型进行等效变换,提出了一种等效二维有限元模型,将三维磁路转化为二维平面磁路,该模型具有较高的计算精度,同时对网格剖分的要求较低。利用等效计算方法,对电机参数进行等效变换,且对不同步距角、不同气隙的结构形式电机模型进行仿真、比较,得到不同的自定位转矩方案,分析不同设计参数情况下的仿真结果。研制了两台步距角分别为0.9°和1.8°的混合式步进电机样机,进行了试验研究,测试结果与仿真计算结果一致性较好,验证了该等效变换方法的可行性和准确性。

Abstract: Cogging torque is an important index of hybrid stepping motor. Calculation of airgap specific permeability method and tooth-layer specific permeability method is easy but has no high-precision,exactly in magnetic saturation. Equivalent transformation of the hybrid stepper motor model was studied based on constant magnetic circuit. An equivalent transformation of 2D finite element model was proposed that 3D magnetic circuit was transformed into 2D with higher precision and less grids. Models of different step angles and different air gaps were simulated and compared so that different cogging torques were reached. Two prototype with step angles of 0.9°and 1.8 were made and tested. The results of experiment and simulation were in good consistency, which verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the equivalent transformation method.
