摘要: 采用Maxwell软件对两种不同极槽配合的表贴式永磁同步伺服电机建立有限元2D模型,对伺服电机主要的性能参数如齿槽转矩、反电动势、转矩脉动等进行了对比分析。通过分析发现,10极12槽配合的永磁同步伺服电机的性能更佳,反电动势正弦性更好,转矩脉动和齿槽转矩更小,该研究成果为永磁同步伺服电机的开发设计提供参考依据。

Abstract: Maxwell software was used to establish finite element 2D model for two different permanent magnet synchronous servo motors, and to compare and analyze the main performance parameters of the servo motor, such as tooth groove torque, reverse electric momentum, torque pulsation, etc. Through the analysis, it was found that the permanent magnet synchronous servo motor combined with 10 poles and 12 grooves had better performance, better reverse electric momentum sinusoidal performance, and smaller torque pulsation and tooth groove torque. The research results provide a reference for the development and design of the permanent magnet synchronous servo motor.
