Effect of Stator Dislocation on Cogging Torque of Axial Flux Permanent Magnet Machines

摘要: 双定子单转子轴向磁通永磁电机中固有的齿槽转矩会对电机的振动和噪声产生不利影响,影响系统的控制精度。为削弱电机的齿槽转矩,提出一种双定子错位型结构来削弱该电机的齿槽转矩,在不改变定转子自身结构的前提下,将两个原本正对的定子盘错位一定的角度,使两定子盘各自产生的齿槽转矩互相抵消,进而削弱齿槽转矩。根据能量法的思想,对两定子盘错位后的齿槽转矩进行了解析分析,推导了错位角与齿槽转矩之间的数学表达式,通过有限元方法验证了分析的正确性,结论表明,定子错位可以显著削弱电机的齿槽转矩与转矩脉动。

Abstract: The cogging torque in the double stator single rotor axial flux permanent magnet machine has an adverse effect on the vibration and noise of the machine, and also affects the control accuracy of the system. To weaken the cogging torque,a double stator dislocation structure was proposed. Without changing the structure of the stator and rotor, the two originally opposed stator discs were misaligned by a certain angle, so that the cogging torque generated by the two stator discs could offset each other, thereby weakening the cogging torque. The energy method was used to analyze the cogging torque after the two stator discs were misaligned, the mathematical expression between the misalignment angle and the cogging torque was deduced, and the correctness of the analysis was verified by the finite element method. The conclusion shows that the cogging torque and torque ripple of the machine can be significantly weakened by dislocation.
