摘要: 针对电机碳刷弹出的瞬时冲击力的研究较为少见,测定碳刷弹出瞬时冲击力的难度较大,借助有限元分析软件比较全面地研究了碳刷在被弹簧弹出的整个过程中的受力情况,并分别对比同截面面积的情况下,单根铜线和多股铜线在碳刷弹出整个过程中的力学性能。结果表明,多股铜线的应力情况要小于单根铜线,铜线承受的拉力也较小。通过破坏实验测定碳刷被拉坏的拉力大小,为仿真结果作参照。该研究为碳刷的结构设计以及优化具有参考意义。

Abstract: The research on the instantaneous impact force of the motor carbon brush ejection was relatively rare. Due to the difficulty of measuring the instantaneous impact force of the carbon brush ejection, The finite element analysis software was used to comprehensively study the force of the carbon brush during the entire process of ejection by the spring, and the conditions of the same cross-sectional area werecompared. The mechanical properties of single copper wire and multi-strand copper wire during the entire process of carbon brush ejection showed that the stress of multi-strand copper wire was smaller than that of single copper wire, and the tensile force of copper wire was also smaller. The tensile force of the carbon brush was tested by the destruction test, so as to make a reference for the simulation result. The research was helpful for the structural design and optimization of carbon brushes.
