摘要: 提出了一种改进的磁路计算模型用于分析内磁式音圈电机的电磁性能,该模型考虑了定子的边缘磁通。相较于传统磁路计算模型,该模型具有更合理的计算精度。通过有限元法对改进模型的推力计算结果进行了验证,结果具有较高的吻合度。为了进一步验证模型的准确性,加工制造了样机,测量动子在不同位置时的推力,并与计算结果进行了对比验证。

Abstract: An improved magnetic circuit (MC) model considering the stator edge flux for the performance analysis of an internal magnetvoice coil motor was presented. Compared with the traditional MC model, the proposed model has more reasonable computational accuracy. The MC results of force show a good agreement with the finite-element analysis. For further verification, a prototype has been manufactured. The force with different mover positions were measured by experiments and compared with the calculated results.
