旋转直驱伺服阀用有限转角电机的设计与研究

摘要: 针对旋转直驱伺服阀的工作特性,设计了一种有限转角电机,该电机仅在一定转角范围内摆动定位。通过等效磁路法讨论了该电机的矩角特性。基于Maxwell有限元软件对有限转角电机的矩角特性、转矩特性和霍尔传感器感应磁场进行了有限元分析。实验结果和仿真结果基本一致,表明该有限转角电机转矩大(大于57 mN·m),且在±10°转角范围内的转矩波动小(仅为4.3%),可用作旋转式直接驱动伺服阀前置级驱动。

Abstract: Focusing on the performance characteristics of the rotate direct drive pressure servo-valve (RDDV), a limited-angle torque motor (LATM) was presented, which only swings and positions within a certain angle range. Based on the magnetic circuit approach, the torque-angle characteristic was discussed. The torque-angle characteristics and torque characteristics of LATM,and induced magnetic field of Hall sensor were analyzed by using finite element software Maxwell. The results of experiment and simulation agree well, and show that the LAMT has advantages of large torque (more than 57 mN·m), small torque fluctuation(only 4.3%) during the ±10°angle, and is suitable for driving the RDDV.
