摘要: 分析了无刷直流电动机反电势检测转子位置的基本原理,给出了相关的计算公式;根据PWM斩波控制的特点,将斩波过程分为上桥臂开通、上桥臂关断而下桥臂续流、桥臂换相等三个工作状态,并针对每个状态给出了基于反电动势检测转子位置的方法;以反电动势检测时间为基本判断标准,根据PWM在不同占空比下的维持时间,将反电动势采样的时刻分为小占空比续流时刻采样和大占空比通电时刻采样,并设计了带占空比阈值滞回的采样策略,给出了较为精确的低频斩波时的过零点计算方法;通过实验测试说明了本文给出的反电动势过零点检测方法的合理性。

Abstract: The principle of detecting rotor position by EMF of BLDCM was analyzed, and the relevant detection formulawas given. According to the characteristics of PWM chopping control, the chopping process was divided into three working states: the upper bridgewas open, the upper bridge was closed, the lower bridge continues to flow and the bridge was changed equally. The method of detecting the rotor position was given for each state.According to the maintenance time of different duty cycle, the sampling time of the EMF was divided into small duty cycle sampling and large duty cycle sampling, and the sampling strategy with duty cycle threshold hysteresis was designed, and a more accurate calculation method of zero crossingwas given. The rationality of the method of detecting the zero crossing was explained by the experimental test waveform.
