双面水冷IGBT在车载电机控制器中的应用

摘要: 介绍了一款最大输出功率为240 kW的纯电动汽车用电机控制器的技术方案,功率模块选用双面水冷式IGBT,并为其设计了配套散热器。IGBT采用并联的连接方式,可提供最大输出电流1 200 A。在结构设计方面,散热器的结构设计不仅可以满足对IGBT的冷却,并且可以实现为三相铜排提供散热,有效解决了高功率带来的IGBT和铜排温升问题。控制器整体采用集成式设计,可与电机和减速器装配为集成式电驱动总成,并且有效降低了电驱动总成的纵向高度,可适配后驱动力车型。功率密度可达到39 kW/L,相比传统使用单面水冷式IGBT的电机控制器提高30%。

Abstract: The technical scheme of a motor controller for a pure electric vehicle with a maximum output power of 240 kW was introduced, in which the power module used double-sided water-cooled IGBT, and a supporting radiator was designed for it. The IGBTs were connected in parallel and provided a maximum output current of 1 200 A. In terms of structural design, the structural design of the heat sink not only satisfied the cooling of the IGBT, but also provided heat dissipation for the three-phase copper bar, effectively solving the problem of temperature rise of the IGBT and copper bar brought by high power. The overall design of the controller was integrated, which could be assembled with the motor and the reducer as an integrated electric drive assembly, and effectively reduced the longitudinal height of the electric drive assembly, and could be adapted to the rear drive model. The power density can reach 39 kW/L, which is 30% higher than the traditional motor controller using single-sided water-cooled IGBT.
