摘要: 研究电动车用永磁同步电机的电磁振动噪声,以8极36槽永磁同步电机作为研究对象,利用电机气隙磁场理论进行定性分析,将径向电磁力加载在电机定子内表面,计算出电机的振动噪声。实验测试电机振动噪声,与有限元仿真计算比较,验证了数值模型的准确性,以及径向电磁力是电机振动噪声产生的主要来源。

Abstract: The electromagnetic vibration and noise of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)for electric vehicles were studied. Taking an 8-pole 36-slot permanent magnet synchronous motor as research object, the qualitative analysis was carried out by using the air gap magnetic field theory. The radial electromagnetic force was loaded on the inner surface of the motor stator to calculate the vibration and noise of the motor. By comparing the experimental test and finite element simulation calculation of motor vibration and noise, the accuracy of the numerical model was verified, and radial electromagnetic force is the main source of motor vibration and noise.
