一种双定转子的感应电动机设计与仿真

摘要: 双定转子电机具有双层结构,将笼型感应电机和实心转子感应电机环套在一起,并且实心转子会带动感应电机的定子一同旋转。这种特殊结构使得该电机具有高起动转矩、低起动电流以及高效节能的特点。利用ANSYS电磁仿真软件对电机进行建模仿真,确定设计方案并进行样机的制作与实验,验证了该电机的设计参数满足技术指标以及设计要求,同时证明了该新结构电机可在起动电流仅为原电机2/3的情况下输出原电机1.1倍的起动转矩。

Abstract: The motor studied was a new type of double stator and rotor motor, which had a double-layer structure. The cage induction motor and the solid rotor induction motor were looped together, and the solid rotor would drive the stator of the induction motor to rotate together. This special structure made the designed motor had the characteristics of high starting torque, low starting current and high efficiency and energy saving. ANSYS electromagnetic simulation software was used to model and simulate the motor. The design scheme was determined and the prototype was manufactured and tested. It was verified that the design parameters of the motor met the technical index and design requirements. At the same time, it was proved that the motor with the new structure could output 1.1 times of the starting torque of the original motor when the starting current was only 2/3 of the original motor.
