摘要: 选择评价因子CT较小的槽极配合,配以磁钢削极等措施,可以有效削弱电机高次谐波成分。以12槽电机为例,槽数相同,极数越小,电机的最大输出功率越大;以16极电机为例,极数不变,槽数越小,电机的最大输出功率越大。

Abstract: The harmonic components of the motor can be effectively reduced by selecting smaller evaluation factor CT and eccentric chamfering of magnetic steel. Taking 12 slot-motor as an example, if the number of slots is the same, the smaller the number of poles, the greater the maximum output power of the motor. Taking 16-pole motor as an example, the smaller the number of slots, the greater the maximum output power.
