摘要: 无传感器直接转矩控制多停留在仿真和实验阶段,大多算法复杂,对硬件要求较高,不易于工程实现和产品化。以往的研究较少涉及起动或运行失败时的处理方法,而这在工程应用中是极为重要的。基于上述两个缺陷,给出了一种适于工程应用的无传感器直接转矩控制方法,该方法实现相对简单,且可靠性和鲁棒性均满足产品化需求。

Abstract: Sensorless direct torque control is mainly in thesimulation and experimentalstage, most of the algorithms are complex and have highrequirements on hardware, so it is not easy to be implemented in engineering. Previous research has also been less concerned with the treatment of startup or operation failure, which is very important in engineering applications Based on the above two defects, a sensorless direct torque control method suitable for engineering application was proposed. The method is relatively simple to implement, and its reliability and robustness meet the requirements of product.
