摘要: 针对直流组网船舶用发电机的技术特点和发展趋势,提出了永磁发电机的供电模式。根据总体技术要求,从船舶发电机的技术特点、关键技术等方面进行了重点研究,研制了一台直流组网船舶1.99MW永磁同步发电机,并进行了试验,试验结果表明,该发电机满足直流组网船舶的要求, 验证了设计的可行性,为永磁技术在船舶发电机的应用提供了参考意见。

Abstract: According to the technical characteristics and development trend of commom DC-bus marine generator, the power supply mode of permanent magnet generator is proposed. According to the overall technical requirements, the technical characteristics and key technologies of marine generator were focused, a 1.99 MW permanent magnet synchronous generator for commom DC-bus ship was developed, and the test was carried out. The test results show that the generator meets the requirements of commom DC-bus ship, verifies the feasibility of the design, and provides reference for the application of permanent magnet technology in marine generator.
