偏心外转子表面凸出式永磁电机等效气隙计算

摘要: 偏心外转子表面凸出式永磁电机采用偏心型磁极来优化气隙磁密波形,以获得良好的电动势波形,降低齿槽转矩。但偏心气隙会带来气隙等效磁路长度计算困难等一系列问题。从偏心外转子表面凸出式永磁电机的气隙结构出发,推导出了偏心气隙各点气隙值随磁钢机械角变化的关系。以某公司所生产的6 MW,120极的外转子表面凸出式永磁电机为原型,以推导出的气隙与机械角的关系为基础,通过永磁电机磁路算法计算该电机的各项性能参数,对功率因数及空载电压的计算值、实验值及仿真计算值进行对比分析,验证了所推导的气隙与磁钢机械角度关系的正确性与有效性。为采用解析法计算永磁电机磁路打下关键的技术基础。

Abstract: Eccentric outer rotor surface protruding permanent magnet motor (EORSPPMM) uses eccentric magnetic poles to optimize the air gap magnetic dense waveform, in order to obtain an ideal electromotive force (EMF) waveform, reduce the cogging torque. However, eccentric air gap could bring a series of problems such as the difficulty of calculating the length of the gap equivalent magnetic circuit. Based on the air gap structure of the EORSPPMM, the relationship between the air gap values of the eccentric air gap and the arc angle of the magnetic steel machinery was derived. The magnetic path algorithm for 6 MW and 120 poles EORSPPMM was produced based on the relationship derived from this paper, and the calculation value, test value and simulation calculation value of the power factor and the empty load voltage were very similar. The correctness and validity of the relationship between the air gap and the magnet steel machinery angle are verified, and the key technical foundation is laid for the calculation of magnetic circuit for permanent magnet motor by analytical method.
