基于场路耦合的永磁风力发电机匝间短路故障分析

Analysis of Inter Turn Short Circuit Fault of Permanent Magnet Winding Generator Based on Field- Circuit Coupling Method

摘要: 在ANSYS的RMxprt中建立永磁风力发电机的初步仿真模型,将该模型导入到Maxwell 2D中,得到发电机的最终仿真模型。对Maxwell 2D仿真模型与机电仿真软件Simplorer中建立的发电机外电路进行场路耦合协同仿真,得到正常状态下和不同程度匝间短路故障时的定子电流信号。对经小波包分解重构的定子电流信号进行快速傅里叶变换分析,得到了发电机匝间短路故障的特征频率谐波,提出了以分数次谐波信号幅值的变化作为诊断匝间短路故障,并分析了故障严重程度和特征频率谐波幅值变化之间的关系。

Abstract: The original simulation model of permanent magnet wind generator was established in the RMxprt module of electromagnetic software ANSYS, and the model was imported into the Maxwell 2D of ANSYS. The final simulation model was obtained. The Maxwell 2D simulation model and the electric circuit of the generator in the mechanical and electrical simulation software Simplorer were coordinated to simulate the electric current signal of the stator current in the normal operation and the different degree of inter turn short circuit fault. The characteristic frequency harmonics of the stator current signal with the wavelet packet decomposition were analyzed by FFT. The amplitude change of the characteristic fraction harmonics was proposed to diagnose inter turn fault, and the relationship between the degree of fault and the amplitude change of the characteristic frequency harmonics was analyzed.
