摘要: 高频注入法是一种永磁同步电机低速无位置传感器控制方法,在带载工况中,由于电机电感交叉耦合效应的影响,其估计位置与实际位置存在一定偏差。根据电机数学模型推导偏差与电机电感的关系,提出一种新的补偿信号的方法来减小误差,并通过仿真验证了该补偿方法的正确性。

Abstract: The high-frequency injection is a commonly used sensorless control method for permanent magnet synchronous motor in low speed. In the loaded condition, due to the influence of the motor inductance cross coupling, there are some errors between the estimated position and the actual position. The relationship between the errors and the inductance of the motor was calculated based on the mathematical model, a novel method through compensation signal was introduced to minimize the errors, and the correctness of the compensation method was verified by simulation.
