摘要: 根据电动关节用永磁电机的技术要求,确定电机的主要尺寸,基于ANSYS/Maxwell建立了电机的二维有限元模型,对永磁电机的永磁体尺寸进行了优化设计,计算了电机空载反电动势,齿槽转矩及负载输出转矩.将电机主要性能指标的仿真数据与样机测试数据进行了比较,验证了该仿真模型的准确性和分析方法的正确性.

Abstract: The size of permanent magnet synchronous motor for electric joints has been determined by its technical requirements, and a 2D finite element analysis model was established based on ANSYS/Maxwell, so as to optimize the size of permanent magnet synchronous motor and to calculate the noload back EMF, cogging torque and load output torque. The simulation data of main performance indexes of the motor were compared with the test data of the prototype to verify the accuracy of the simulation model and the correctness of the analysis method.
