永磁起动机辅助磁极自动焊接设备的研制

摘要: 永磁起动机定子由机壳、主磁极和辅助磁极组成。根据辅助磁极的焊接工艺要求,研制永磁起动机辅助磁极自动焊接设备。该自动焊接设备主要由送壳和分度机构、送辅条机构、加压机构、抬壳机构、中频焊接机构和控制柜等组成。控制系统采用触摸屏作为人机界面,以PLC为控制核心,采取伺服分度和中频焊接,实现自动回原点、自动焊接、手动焊接、补焊及故障自动报警等功能。该设备实际运行稳定可靠,分度准确,可进一步提高产品的质量和生产效率。

Abstract: The stator of permanent magnet starter is composed of a machine case, main magnetic pole and auxiliary magnetic pole. According to the welding process requirements of auxiliary magnetic pole, the automatic welding equipment of auxiliary magnetic pole of permanent magnet starter was developed. The equipment was mainly composed of the shell feeding and indexing mechanism, the auxiliary bar feeding mechanism, the pressure mechanism, the shell lifting mechanism, the middle frequency welding mechanism and the control cabinet. The control system adopted touch screen as human-machine interface, PLC as control core, servo indexing and intermediate frequency welding. The functions of automatic return to origin, automatic welding, manual welding, repair welding and automatic fault alarm were realized. The actual operation of the equipment was stable, reliable and accurate, which further improved the production quality and efficiency.
