摘要: 为给超声波电动机多变量控制系统的设计与分析提供必要基础,建立超声波电动机二输入Hammerstein非线性模型。将模型的静态非线性环节设计为Gauss函数,更准确地表述超声波电动机的非线性特性。采用改进差分进化算法,进行模型参数辨识,给出优化算法参数值的调试方法,以保证建模过程的有效性。模型计算结果与实验数据的对比表明,该模型精度较高,建模方法有效。

Abstract: The two-input nonlinear Hammerstein model of ultrasonic motor was established to provide the basis for the design and analysis of ultrasonic motor multivariable control system. The static nonlinear part of the model was designed as Gauss function to describe the nonlinear characteristics of ultrasonic motor more accurately. The improved differential evolution algorithm was used to identify the model parameters. In order to ensure the validity of the modeling process, the debugging method of optimization algorithm parameter value was given. The comparison between the calculated results of the model and experimental data indicates that the established model has higher precision and the modeling method is effective.
