摘要:

针对双通道旋转变压器定子绕组开路问题,运用故障树分析方法进行故障排查与定位,并进行产品的工艺改进,有效地降低绕组开路问题的发生,提高产品合格率和可靠性。

Abstract:

In view of the open circuit problem of the stator winding of two-speed resolver, the fault tree analysis method was used to troubleshoot and locate the fault. And the process improvement of the product was carried out, so as to effectively reduce the occurrence of winding open-circuited fault and improve product qualification rate and reliability.
