摘要:

设计了一种用于煤矿井下供电的外转子涡轮发电机。在发电机外径尺寸约束下,通过电磁计算得到了发电机参数和尺寸大小,对发电机进行电磁场仿真,得到发电机在额定转速为2 000 r/min时的磁通分布和输出电压。制作样机进行实验,实验数据与仿真结果基本相同,证明了所设计外转子发电机模型的合理性。带载20 Ω时涡轮发电机在额定转速下输出电压为9.5 V、输出功率为13.5 W,发电机输出波形稳定,趋于正弦波,可满足了供电要求。

Abstract:

An external rotor turbine generator for underground power supply was designed.The parameters and dimensions of the generator were obtained by electromagnetic calculation under the constraint of generator outer diameter.The electromagnetic field of the designed generator was simulated by COMSOL. The output voltage and flux distribution of the generator at rated speed of 2 000 r/min were obtained.The prototype was tested.The test results show that the test data were in good agreement with the simulation results, which verifies the rationality of the external rotor generator model. The output voltage of the turbogenerator at rated speed was 9.5 V and the output power was 13.5 W when the load was 20 Ω.The output waveform of the generator tends to sinusoidal wave smoothly,which can meet the requirements of power supply.
