摘要:

超声波电动机工作时定转子之间径向滑动损耗是可观的,减小滑动损耗有利于提高超声波电动机输出效率。根据超声波电动机整体结构特点,构建定转子接触滑移主要影响参数,即转子腹板厚度、定子腹板厚度、柔性部分宽度和高度,在振动分析理论基础上建立电机分析模型,基于ANSYS软件仿真分析,在相同边界条件下各影响参数对电机定转子滑移距离的影响,分析得出在施加相同预压力条件下,转子腹板厚度和柔性环节高度对滑移距离影响较小,而定子腹板厚度和柔性环节宽度影响较大,该结论为超声波电动机的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:

The radial sliding loss between the stator and the rotor during the operation of the ultrasonic motor is considerable,and reducing the sliding loss is beneficial to improve the output efficiency of the ultrasonic motor.According to the overall structural characteristics of the ultrasonic motor,the contact slip of the stator and rotor mainly affects the thickness of the rotor web,the thickness of the stator web,the width and height of the flexible part.Based on the vibration analysis theory, the motor analysis model was established.Under the same boundary condition,the influence of each influence parameter on the slip distance of the stator and rotor of the motor was simulated by ANSYS.Under the condition of applying the same pre-pressure,the thickness of the rotor web and the height of the flexible link have little influence on the slip distance,while the thickness of stator web and the width of flexible link have more influence on the slip distance.The conclusion provides a theoretical basis for the design of ultrasonic motor.
