高速电机用非晶、纳米晶定子铁心研究

Study on Amorphous and Nanocrystalline Stator Cores for High-Speed Motor

摘要:

采用铁基非晶和纳米晶合金带材分别制作定子铁心,并将纳米晶定子铁心与非晶定子铁心和硅钢定子铁心的磁性能与噪声进行了对比分析。结果显示,与硅钢相比,在相同频率和磁通密度下非晶、纳米晶定子铁心的损耗大幅度降低,非晶定子铁心的损耗仅为硅钢定子铁心的10%左右,纳米晶定子铁心的损耗仅为硅钢定子铁心的3%左右。当工作频率在400 Hz以下时,硅钢定子铁心的噪声最低,非晶定子铁心的噪声最高;当工作频率在400 Hz以上时,非晶定子铁心的噪声最高,纳米晶定子铁心的噪声最低。

Abstract:

Stator core was made out of amorphous and nanocrystalline strip,and a comparative analysis of the magnetic performance and noise was conducted among amorphous and nanocrystalline stator core and silicon steel stator core.The results show that the loss of amorphous and nanocrystalline stator cores is greatly reduced compared with that of silicon steel at the same frequency and magnetic flux density.The loss of amorphous stator core is only about 10% of that of silicon steel stator core,and that of nanocrystalline stator core is only about 3% of that of silicon steel stator core.When the operating frequency is below 400 Hz,the noise of the silicon steel stator core is the lowest, and that of the amorphous stator core is the highest. When the working frequency is above 400 Hz,the noise of amorphous stator core is the highest and that of nanocrystalline stator core is the lowest.
