摘要:

设计了一种基于旋转变压器的永磁推进电机位置和速度检测电路。分析了解码芯片的解码原理、数据转换(角度和转速)关系、解码电路以及解码程序流程,并在电机静止不同位置和不同电机转速下,通过Quartus II 9.1仿真软件对AD2S1210旋变解码板获取的角度和转速数据进行了测试,给出了电机运行下的旋转变压器输入输出相关波形。结果表明设计的基于AD2S1210解码电路用于永磁电机转子位置和速度检测方法可行,解码角度和速度数据精度高,波动范围小,抗干扰强,能够满足永磁推进系统的高性能、高可靠性的要求。

Abstract:

A circuit for PMSM motor position and speed detection based on rotary transformer was designed, the decoding principles,data(angle and speed) transforming relationships and the process of decoding circuit and programs were analyzed. Simulations were carried out on data of angle and speed from rotary transformer AD2S1210 at different motor positions and speeds by the software Quartus II 9.1.The input and output waveform of rotary transformer were given under running motor.The results show that the design of the method on detecting the position and speed of PMSM rotor based on AD2S1210 decoding circuit is feasible,the decoding data of angle and speed are of high precision,small fluctuation range and strong anti-interfering,which can meet the high performance and reliability of PMSM propulsion system.
