摘要:

以一台推进电机为研究对象进行模态分析。建立了推进电机等效仿真模型,结合有限元法求取了整机的模态固有频率和振型;引入运行模态分析方法,搭建自激实验平台,仅利用响应信号的频谱特征识别了电机的固有频率,验证模型等效的合理性以及模态分析结果的准确性,为推进电机振动和噪声的分析奠定了基础。

Abstract:

The modal analysis of a propulsion motor was presented. A numerically equivalent model was established to acquire the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the propulsion motor using finite element method(FEM). Using operational modal analysis (OMA), experiment was performed to identify natural frequencies by the spectrum properties of the response data.The FEM model and the result of modal analysis were validated. The research forms the foundation for the analysis of propulsion motor’s vibration and noise.
