A Polarity Judgement Method of Surface-Mounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要:

针对基于脉振高频电压注入式的表贴式永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制技术中存在的无法快速准确确定磁极极性的问题,设计了一种改进型的初始位置观测器来获得初始位置并判断磁极极性。利用表贴式永磁电机的饱和凸极效应,在定子电流响应中提取位置信息,进行磁极判断来得到正确的初始位置。并通过估计坐标系下直轴高频电流响应的直流分量符号,判断转子磁极极性。通过仿真、实验验证了其准确性以及可靠性。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to determine the polarity of the pole of SPMSM quickly and precisely when using the position sensorless control technology based on the pulsting high frequency voltage injection method. An improved initial position detection of SPMSM method was designed to determine the polarity of the pole.The saturation saliency effect of surface mounted permanent magnet motor was used to extract the position information and determine the polarity from the motor current response. A new position observer was designed to judge the magnetic polarity of rotor by observing the DC component of the direct axis high-frequency current in estimated coordinate system.The accuracy and reliability are verified by simulation and experiment.
