永磁同步电机磁链观测改进积分方法的研究

Improvement of Integral Method for Flux Linkage Observation of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要:

为了解决传统直接转矩控制(DTC)磁链观测电流模型对电机参数依赖较大,而电压模型积分方法会引入直流分量且易饱和,从而导致观测精度差的问题,对永磁同步电机定子磁链的电压观测模型的两种改进积分方法进行对比,通过理论与仿真分析相结合说明,改进积分方法对观测效果的优化,尤其是不同转速下在直流偏置、幅值衰减和相位偏移方面的差异。通过实验验证改进积分方法相比于传统纯积分器的优势,证明了通过改进电压模型的积分方法能够显著改善定子磁链观测值的幅值衰减和相位偏移特性。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problems of the voltage model and the current model of flux linkage observation in traditional direct torque control(DTC),two improved integral methods for the voltage observation model of the stator flux linkage of permanent magnet synchronous motor are analyzed and compared,the combination of theory and simulation analysis shows that the improved integral method could improve the observation results, especially in the DC bias, amplitude attenuation and phase shift at different speed. Finally, the advantage of the improved integral method is compared with the traditional pure integrator by experiments,shows that the improved integral method of the voltage model can significantly improve the observation effect of the amplitude attenuation and phase shift for the estimated stator flux linkage.
