Research on Dual PWM Converters Based on Feedback Linear and Sliding Mode Control

摘要:

针对双PWM变换器谐波污染严重、直流电压波动较大等问题,对双PWM变换器进行分析,建立同步旋转坐标系下数学模型。提出整流侧采用反馈线性化滑模控制策略,电流内环控制通过系统模型的非线性变换实现线性化,电压外环采用滑模变结构控制,实现直流母线电压跟踪,增加系统的鲁棒性。逆变侧采用转子磁链定向矢量控制策略(FOC)。以异步电动机为负载对该系统进行仿真和实验分析,验证该双PWM变换器系统实现整流侧的解耦控制,能够进一步抑制直流电压波动,整个系统具有良好的动静态性能和调速性能。

Abstract:

Aiming at the serious harmonic pollution and the large fluctuation of DC voltage of dual PWM converters, the dual PWM converters was analyzed and the mathematical model was established in the synchronous rotating coordinate system. The feedback linearized sliding mode control strategy was proposed on the rectifier side. The current inner loop control was linearized by the nonlinear transformation of the system model and a sliding mode controller for the voltage loop was proposed to achieve DC bus voltage tracking and impose system robustness. The control strategy for inverter adopted flux orientation control method. The simulation and experimental analysis verify that the dual PWM converters can realize the decoupling control on the rectifier side, which can further restrain the DC voltage fluctuation and the whole system has good static and dynamic performance and speed performance better.
