负载周期波动永磁同步电动机前馈补偿控制

Torque Pre-Compensation Strategy of PMSM with Periodic Fluctuation of Load Torque

摘要:

研究了负载转矩周期波动工况永磁同步电机前馈补偿控制策略,给出了前馈补偿控制的系统结构和系统控制流程图,并提出了正弦波前馈补偿电流的获取方案。在系统仿真模型的基础上,研究了转矩前馈补偿角度、补偿量的取值规律问题。对控制策略进行了仿真分析和实验验证,结果表明前馈补偿控制可有效抑制负载转矩波动引起的转速波动。

Abstract:

A torque pre-compensation control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor, with periodic fluctuation of load torque was presented. Block diagram and control flowchart of the torque pre-compensation control system were given, and the calculated equation of compensation current was proposed with the sine waveform compensation scheme. On the basis of MATLAB simulation model of the system, the determination regulation of the angle and the current amplitude of the torque pre compensation was analyzed. The simulated and experimental results validate the correctness of the proposed control strategy.
