皮带输送电滚筒高功率密度永磁同步电机设计

High Power Density Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor for Belt Conveyor Electric Roller

摘要: 介绍一种使用 Maxwell 和 OptiSLang 进行电机多目标优化设计方法。 利用主要尺寸公式确定电机初始方案。 在给定的设计边界内,利用拉丁超立方体法进行抽样实验并生成最佳预测有限元模型。 基于预测模型,利用进化算法对初始方案进行优化设计,优化后的电机效率提升 0. 6%,成本降低 11. 9%。 制造了一台样机,性能测试结果与仿真预测值高度一致,表明优化设计方法的正确性,解决了现有物流皮带输送电滚筒永磁同步电机功率密度低、成本高的问题。

Abstract: Introduced a multi-objective optimization design method for motors using Maxwell and OptiSLang. The initial design scheme of the motor is determined by using the main size formula. Within the given design boundaries, sampling experiments are conducted using the Latin Hypercube method to generate the best predictive models. Based on the predictive models,the evolutionary algorithm is used to optimize the initial design scheme. After optimization, the efficiency of the motor increases by 0. 6% and the cost decreases by 11. 9%. A prototype was manufactured and the test results were highly consistent with the simulation predictions, indicating the correctness of the optimization design method. This method has solved the problems of low power density and high cost of the existing permanent magnet synchronous motors for logistics belt conveyor pulleys.
