磁力耦合器散热系统研究

摘要: 为解决现有磁力耦合器采用“ 金属丝防护网+散热翅片” 组合散热效率低的问题,提出一种由“ 类轴流式风机” 与“ 离心式风扇” 构成的组合散热结构。 基于磁力耦合器最大热功耗( 额定功率的 4 / 27) ,完成了两类风扇叶片的设计与计算。 通过建立温度场仿真模型,对比分析了 45° 与 60° 散热翅片上的鳍片倾斜角的散热效果,并评估了加装离心风扇后的整体散热性能。 仿真结果表明,在最大热功耗条件下,采用 45° 倾斜角鳍片的散热效果优于 60° 。加装离心式风扇后,系统散热效率进一步提升,热源笼条温度为 161 ℃ ,散热翅片温度为 157 ℃ ,永磁体温度为 51℃ ,轴承温度为 55 ℃ ,满足许用温度要求。

Abstract: To address the issue of low heat dissipation efficiency in existing magnetic couplers that use a combination of metal wire protective mesh and heat dissipation fins,a combined heat dissipation structure comprising a " quasi-axial flow fan" and a " centrifugal fan" is proposed. Based on the maximum thermal power consumption of the magnetic coupler ( 4 / 27 of the rated power ) , the design and calculation for the blades of both fan types were completed. By establishing a temperature field simulation model, the heat dissipation effects of heat sink fin inclination angles of 45° and 60° were compared and analyzed, and the overall thermal performance after integrating the centrifugal fan was evaluated. The simulation results indicate that under maximum thermal power conditions,the heat dissipation effectiveness of fins with a 45° inclination angle is superior to that of 60° . Furthermore,the integration of the centrifugal fan further enhances the system's heat dissipation efficiency. The temperatures of key components: the heat source cage bars at 161℃ , the heat dissipation fins at 157 ℃ ,the permanent magnets at 51 ℃ ,and the bearings at 55 ℃ ,all meet the allowable temperature requirements.
