不等匝绕组在自起动同步磁阻电机中的应用

Application of Unequal-Turn Windings in Line-Start Synchronous Reluctance Motors

摘要: 本文针对低成本、高效率新型自起动同步磁阻电机作性能优化问题,研究了不等匝绕组技术的应用。通过理论与有限元仿真分析,对比了星形-三角形绕组和正弦绕组两种形式的不等匝绕组与原有星形绕组的性能差异。 研究表明,不等匝绕组的绕组系数高于原绕组,气隙磁通基波幅值分别提升了 3. 6% 与 1. 5%,并抑制了 5、7 次谐波,提升了起动能力,稳态运行时损耗下降,效率分别提高了 1. 3% 与 0. 9%。 不等匝绕组是提升自起动同步磁阻电机综合性能的有效方案。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the performance optimization of low-cost and high-efficiency new line-start synchronous reluctance motors, with a particular emphasis on the application of unequal winding technology. Through theoretical and finite element simulation analysis, the performance differences between unequal winding types ( star-delta winding and sinusoidal winding) and the original star winding were compared. The study shows that the winding coefficient of the unequal winding is higher than that of the original winding,and the amplitude of the fundamental magnetic flux in the
air gap has increased by 3. 6% and 1. 5% respectively,while suppressing the 5th and 7th harmonics. The starting capability is improved,the loss during steady-state operation decreases,and the efficiency increases by 1. 3% and 0. 9% respectively. The unequal winding is an effective solution to enhance the comprehensive performance of line-start synchronous reluctance motors.
