摘要:

双边动圈式永磁无刷直流直线电动机由于两侧气隙不对称会使磁钢轨道产生较大的法向合力,导致磁钢轨道结构变形,不利于长定子轨道的铺设,影响无人机电磁弹射直线电动机的正常运行。为了解决该问题,分析了双边动圈永磁无刷直流直线电动机在两侧气隙不对称的情况下磁钢所受的法向力并进行了有限元仿真,根据结果,设计了一种合理的无人机弹射电机磁钢固定框架,有效防止了电机在运行过程中磁钢轨道与铁心发生碰撞。

Abstract:

The asymmetry of the air gap of the bilateral permanent magnet moving-coil linear motor will lead to great normal force of the magnet steel, which is harmful to the laying of the long stator tracks and may deform the magnet steel and affect the normal operation of the motor. In order to solve this problem, some analysis of the normal force acting on the magnet steel was made when the air gap of the bilateral permanent magnet moving-coil linear moto was asymmetric. The normal force at different air gap was simulated. According to the results of the simulation, a proper supporting structure of the magnet steel was proposed, which effectively avoided the collision between the magnet steel and the iron core during the operation of the motor.
