改进型混合式永磁调速器的优化设计

摘要:

提出通过改进混合式永磁调速器的结构来弱化轴向与径向磁场耦合;基于面心立方复合设计法构造训练样本,并使用支持向量机建立改进型混合式永磁调速器的预测模型;对和声搜索算法进行改进并将其用于改进型混合式永磁调速器预测模型的求解,得出了混合式永磁调速器的最优结构。通过仿真软件进行仿真研究,仿真结果表明采用该优化方法设计的改进型混合式永磁调速器性能得到了较大的改善。

Abstract:

The scheme of improving structure of hybrid adjustable permanent magnet coupler to weaken the coupling of axial and radial magnetic fields was proposed for the first time. Based on the face centered cubic composite design method, Maxwell Ansoft electromagnetic simulation software was used to construct training samples, and a predictive model of improved hybrid adjustable permanent magnet coupler was established by using support vector machine. The harmony search algorithm was improved and applied to the prediction model of the improved hybrid adjustable permanent magnet coupler so as to obtain the optimal structure of the hybrid adjustable permanent magnet coupler. Simulation was carried out, the results showed that the performance of the improved hybrid adjustable permanent magnet coupler designed by this optimization method was improved obviously.
