基于改进牛顿拉夫逊算法的风电系统控制

Wind Power System Control Based on Improved Newton-Rafson Algorithm

摘要: 针对基于自抗扰控制技术的直驱式风电控制系统中相关控制参数较多和人工调节的效果难以实现最优问题,提出一种改进牛顿-拉夫逊算法的参数优化方法。 采用 Cubic 混沌映射均匀初始化种群,提升种群多样性;引入非线性增益函数可有效平衡全局探索与局部开发能力,通过自适应权重调整位置更新策略,进一步提升局部收敛精度,并减少重复搜索现象。 将文中所提算法与其他算法在标准测试函数下进行对比测试,测试结果表明,该算法的收敛速度和跳出局部最优能力表现更优。 用所提优化算法和采用试凑法获取的相关参数在复杂风况下进行对比仿真。 结果表明,采用该算法优化参数后的控制系统动态响应更好,证明了该算法的有效性。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the direct drive wind power control system based on active disturbance rejection control has many relevant control parameters and the effect of manual adjustment is difficult to achieve optimal,a parameter optimization method with improved Newton-Raphson-based optimizer was proposed, and the Cubic chaotic map was used to uniformly initialize the population and improve the population diversity. The introduction of nonlinear gain function can effectively balance the global exploration and local development capabilities,and the position update strategy can be adjusted by adaptive weights to further improve the local convergence accuracy and reduce the phenomenon of
repeated searches. The proposed algorithm was compared with other algorithms under the standard test function,and the test results show that the convergence speed and jumping out of the local optimal ability of the proposed algorithm are better. The results showed that the dynamic response of the control system after the optimization parameters were better,which proved the effectiveness of the algorithm.
