交流风机内定子铁心制造的模具工艺保证

摘要:

针对一种交流风机内定子铁心的制作,解析了两种生产工艺路径。当采用叠压工艺时,运用内孔浮动定位、小斜度斜楔的自锁性能和瓣合式压板,成功解决了叠压后铁心端面的蝶形翻翘和无法脱模等问题,适合于小批量生产。当采用压铸工艺时,彻底改变了铆钉铆压式或内套筒紧配式叠压的传统工艺,收到投资少、生产周期短、铁心质量高、尺寸稳定、适合大批量生产的效果。

Abstract:

Aiming at the manufacture of inner stator core in AC fan, two kinds of production process paths were analyzed. When the lamination process was adopted, using floating position of inner hole, self-locking performance of small slope wedge and the flap type pressure plate, the problems such as butterfly overturning and mould unloading of the iron core end face after lamination were successfully solved. It’s suitable for small batch production. When the die casting process was adopted, the rivet riveting press type or the inner sleeve tight matching type lamination traditional craft were completely changed. The better effects such as less investment, short production cycle , high quality iron core, stable size and suitable for mass production were received.
