双三相永磁同步电机主动谐波抑制的直接转矩控制策略

Direct Torque Control Strategy with Active Harmonic Suppression for Dual Three-Phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要: 针对中性点连接型双三相永磁同步电机,提出转速—电流 3 次谐波主动抑制直接转矩控制方法。 分析电机运行原理,由转矩角精确控制方法实现基波与 5 次谐波的基本控制;对于仅产生损耗的 3 次谐波分量,基于自适应最小均方算法设计自适应陷波器提取电流 3 次谐波分量,并将其作为已知扰动信息加入转速与 3 次谐波的扩张状态观测器,构建了转速—电流 3 次谐波主动抑制控制器。 通过仿真结果验证所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: A speed-current third harmonic active suppression-based direct torque control strategy is proposed for the
dual-three-phase permanent magnet synchronous machine. The operational principle of the motor was analyzed, where by fundamental and fifth harmonic components were regulated through precise torque angle control. For the third harmonic component,which only contributes to losses,an adaptive notch filter based on the least mean square algorithm was designed to extract the third harmonic current. This extracted harmonic was incorporated as known disturbance information into an extended state observer that integrates rotate speed and third harmonic dynamics, forming an active speed-current third harmonic suppression controller. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through a series of simulation results.
