摘要: 风力发电系统变速变桨风机在不同风速下,稳定运行与高效能量转换效果较差,桨距角变化存在波动性。 研究了一种基于滑动平均值算法的变速变桨风机的非线性桨距角控制方法。 构建变速变桨风机非线性本体模型,通过三点滑动平均值算法,平滑处理变速变桨风机运行功率波动情况,将平滑处理后的变速变桨风机功率和功率误差作为输入变量,定义桨距角为输出变量,通过模糊规则,不断优化控制参数,优化控制变速变桨风机非线性桨距角。 实验结果表明,该方法可以平滑掉风速中的高频噪声和随机波动,使得变速变桨风机控制系统更快地响应风速的变化,使风机的输出功率更稳定地保持在额定值附近;并且使得桨距角变化展现出平稳且均匀的趋势,其波动性较小,响应迅速。

Abstract: The variable-speed variable pitch wind turbine in wind power generation system has poor stable operation and efficient energy conversion effect under different wind speeds, and there is fluctuation in pitch angle variation. A nonlinear pitch angle control method for variable-speed variable pitch wind turbine based on sliding average algorithm is studied. Construct a nonlinear ontology model of a variable speed variable pitch fan,and use a three-point sliding average algorithm to smooth the fluctuation of the operating power of the variable speed variable pitch fan. The smoothed power and power error of the variable speed variable pitch fan are used as input variables,and the pitch angle is defined as the output variable. Through fuzzy rules,the control parameters are continuously optimized and adjusted to optimize the control of the nonlinear pitch angle of the variable speed variable pitch fan. The experimental results show that the studied method can smooth out high-frequency noise and random fluctuations in wind speed, enabling the variable-speed variable pitch fan control system to respond faster to changes in wind speed and maintain the output power of the fan more stably near the rated value; And it makes the pitch angle change show a smooth and uniform trend, with small fluctuations and rapid response.
