电流采样通道串扰对永磁同步电机控制的影响研究

摘要: 永磁同步电机需要采集实际电流值并通过 Clarke 变换和 Park 变换实现电流闭环控制,电流采样值的准确性尤为重要。 多路 ADC 共用采样保持电路进行采样时,可能出现通道串扰问题,影响电流采样值,进而影响电机控制效果。 对永磁同步电机控制器多路复用 ADC 采样原理进行介绍,对电流采样通道串扰对永磁同步电机控制的影响进行研究,并对比分析不同采样频率和保持周期对电流值的影响,选择合适的采样参数,减小电流采样通道串扰影响,提升电机在低速小扭矩工况下的控制稳定性。

Abstract: Permanent magnet synchronous motors need to collect the actual current values and achieve current closedloop control through Clarke transform and Park transform,the accuracy of current sampling value is particularly important. When multi-channel ADC shares the sample and hold circuit for sampling, the channel crosstalk problem may occur, affecting the current sampling value, and then affecting the motor control effect. The introduces the multi-channel ADC sampling principle of PMSM controller, studies the influence of current sampling channel crosstalk on PMSM control, compares and analyzes the influence of different sampling frequency and holding period on current value,and finally selects the appropriate sampling parameters to reduce the influence of crosstalk of current sampling channel and improve the control stability of motor under low speed and small torque conditions.
