摘要: 针对飞轮储能系统在充放电控制切换过程中瞬间电流峰值过大的问题,提出了一种新的飞轮电机切换
控制方法,利用一次曲线方程线性拟合任意转速下飞轮稳定运行状态的电压,用拟合的转速所需电压作为电流 PI 调
节器积分项的初始值,加快了电流环 PI 调节器的收敛速度。 实验结果表明,该方法能有效降低切换过程中瞬间电流
峰值,提高系统动态调整性能,该方法简单有效、便于实现。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of excessive current peak during the switching moment of charge and discharge
control in the flywheel energy storage system, a new switching control method for the flywheel motor was proposed. The
algorithm used a linear equation to fit the voltage in the stable operating state of the flywheel at any speed and seted the
initial value of the current PI regulator integrator to improve the regulation speed of the current loop. The experimental
results showed that the algorithm could effectively reduce the peak current at the moment of switching and the method was
simple, effective and easy to implement.
