半直驱风力发电机永磁体涡流损耗研究

摘要: 以 6. 5 MW 半直驱永磁风力发电机为研究对象,在定子电流为正弦情况下,计算并分析四种不同布置形式转子永磁体( 一字形、U 形、V 形和 W 形) 的磁密云图、永磁体涡流分布云;研究定子电流频率对永磁体涡流损耗的影响;将分割永磁体不同布置形式转子,比较其涡流损耗。 仿真结果表明:一字形布置的永磁体涡流损耗最大,U 形和 V 形布置的永磁体涡流损耗更小;永磁体涡流损耗随电频率增加而增大;每个极包含的永磁体平均分割为 12 块后,V 形永磁体的涡流损耗降低率最大,为 74. 9%,一字形永磁体的涡流损耗降低率最小,为 50. 8%。

Abstract: Taking a 6. 5 MW semi-direct drive permanent magnet wind generator as the research object, the magnetic cloud map and eddy current distribution cloud of four different arrangements of rotor permanent magnets ( straight, U-shaped, V-shaped, and W-shaped) were calculated and analyzed under the condition of sinusoidal stator current. The influence of stator current frequency on eddy current losses of permanent magnets was studied. The eddy current losses of
rotors with different arrangements of segmented permanent magnets were compared. The simulation results show that the permanent magnets arranged in a straight line have the highest eddy current losses, while the permanent magnets arranged in a U-shape and V-shape have lower eddy current losses. The eddy current loss of permanent magnets increases with the increase of electrical frequency. After dividing the permanent magnets in each pole into an average of 12 pieces, the V-shaped permanent magnet has the highest reduction rate of eddy current loss, which is 74. 9%, while the straight shaped permanent magnet has the lowest reduction rate of eddy current loss, which is 50. 8%.
