摘要: 研究了 E-Bike 中置传动模组降噪方法。 在 MASTA 软件中对中置传动模组建模,将壳体刚度缩聚后加入模型,考虑轴承刚度和轴变形,对齿轮进行齿形齿向修形,计算所需传递误差,将传递误差降到最低,以便实现模拟 NVH 计算结果最优。 结合设计方案试制样机,验证降噪方法的可行性。 经测试验证,仿真与试验结果吻合。

Abstract: The noise reduction method of E-Bike mid-mounted transmission module was studied. Modeling of the mid-mounted transmission module was conducted in MASTA software, the shell stiffness was added to the model after shrinkage. Considering the bearing stiffness and shaft deformation, the tooth shape of the gear was modified in the tooth direction. The required transmission error was calculated and minimized to achieve optimal simulation NVH calculation results. A prototype was produced based on the design scheme to verify the feasibility of the noise reduction method. After testing and verification, the simulation and experimental results were consistent.
