摘要: 基于直进直出的串联式散热水道,梳理了 IGBT 模块散热基板至水道间的热阻及散热影响因素。 仿真分析了各因素对结温和水道流阻的影响规律。 在串联水道结构的基础上,得到条形筋、圆柱筋和椭圆筋三种布置方式的低热阻水道结构,冷却能力分别提升了 21%、28% 和 34. 8%。 研究结果可为电机控制器 IGBT 的冷却水道设计及散热路径上参数的选取提供一定的参考。

Abstract: Based on the straight in and straight out series heat dissipation water channel, the thermal resistance and heat dissipation influencing factors between the IGBT module heat dissipation substrate and the water channel were sorted out. The influence of various factors on junction temperature and channel flow resistance was simulated and analyzed. On the basis of the series water channel structure, three types of low thermal resistance water channel structures were obtained,
including strip bars, cylindrical bars, and elliptical bars, which increased the cooling capacity by 21%, 28%, and 34.8%, respectively. The research results can provide some reference for the design of cooling water channels for motor controller IGBT and the selection of parameters on the heat dissipation path.
