摘要: 提出一种利用高频正交方波电压注入静止坐标系的内置式永磁同步电动机无传感器控制的新方案。该方法是对传统高频旋转正弦电压注入法的改进,通过离散高频电流来建立整个信号过程。 提出了一种不含低通滤波器的位置估计方法,并减小了高通滤波器引起的相移。 该无传感器控制方法受到数字滤波器的不利影响会减少,可以解决当前基于静止坐标系的注入方法的常见缺点。

Abstract: A new sensorless control scheme of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor using high frequency quadrature square wave voltage injected into stationary coordinate system were presented. The method was an improvement over the traditional high frequency rotary sinusoidal voltage injection method. The entire signal process was established by discrete high frequency currents. A position estimation method without low-pass filter was proposed, and the phase shift caused by high-pass filter was reduced. The sensorless control method will be less affected by digital filters, and can solve the common shortcomings of current injection methods based on static coordinate system.
