摘要: 电动车辆给人们带来安静的同时,因没有发动机与涡轮增压器等高噪声宽频带的声源,电驱动系统噪声缺乏遮蔽而更为凸显,电驱动系统异常噪声的消除显得格外重要。 结合实车出现的异常噪声问题,提供一种噪声排查、锁定原因、解决问题的思路,通过优化电流波形消除异常谐波分量,解决了电机异常噪声问题。

Abstract: While electric vehicles bring quiet to people, the noise of the electric drive system is not shielded and becomes more prominent due to the absence of high noise broadband sources such as engines and turbochargers. It is particularly important to eliminate the abnormal noise of the electric drive system. In combination with the abnormal noise problem of the vehicle, a way of noise troubleshooting, locking the cause and solving the problem was provided. By optimizing the current waveform to eliminate the abnormal harmonic content, the abnormal noise problem was solved.
