高速永磁电机流固混合冷却结构流固耦合分析

摘要: 为了研究混合冷却结构对高速永磁同步电机散热性能的影响,以一台功率 450 kW,转速 23 000 r / min的高速大功率永磁电机为例,根据流体力学和数值传热学的基本理论,给出合理的假设与边界条件,并建立了三维流热耦合求解域模型。 针对高速永磁电机转子发热严重的缺点,建立了定子分段的径向通风空- 水混合冷却系统,对三维模型进行耦合求解,确定了电机的最优冷却水速,分析了定子分段尺寸与入口通风量对转子温升的影响。 结果表明,该冷却结构能够有效地抑制转子部位的最高温升,对高速永磁同步电机冷却系统设计提供借鉴意义。

Abstract: In order to study the influence of hybrid cooling structure on the heat dissipation performance of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor, a 450 kW, 23 000 r / min high-speed permanent magnet motor was taken as an example. According to the basic theories of hydrodynamics and numerical heat transfer, reasonable assumptions and boundary conditions were given, and a three-dimensional fluid thermal coupling solution domain model was established. In view of the serious heating of the rotor of high-speed permanent magnet motor, a set of air-water mixed cooling system with radial ventilation structure and stator sectional radial ventilation was established. The finite volume method was used to solve the three-dimensional model. The influence of cooling water speed on the temperature rise of the motor was studied, and the influence of stator sectional size and inlet ventilation on the temperature rise of the rotor was analyzed. The results show that the cooling structure can effectively inhibit the maximum temperature rise of the rotor, which provides a reference for the design of the cooling system of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor.
