电痕放电引发的电机定子匝间绝缘故障分析与研究

摘要: 为解决某型牵引电机的匝间绝缘故障问题,采用实物验证方法开展电痕放电机理及其诱发因素的研究。 研究表明,当绕组两匝间存在导电污染物、匝间电压达到 230 V 且该电压持续作用 10 s 时,即会产生电痕放电现象。 由此确定,电痕放电引发匝间绝缘失效的关键条件为:绕组两匝均存在绝缘缺陷、绝缘表面附着导电污染物、匝间施加足够的电压幅值、电痕放电持续作用一定时长。 基于上述结论对该型牵引电机开展浸水绝缘筛查,检出不合格品占比为 0. 49%,该数值与该型电机匝间绝缘故障的实际发生率基本一致。 采取无水清洗及二次浸漆的改进工艺措施后,该型牵引电机同类匝间绝缘故障已彻底消失,未再出现同类型失效问题。

Abstract: To solve the turn-to-turn insulation fault of a certain type of traction motor, the mechanism and inducing factors of electrical tracking discharge were investigated by means of physical object verification experiments. The results show that the electrical tracking discharge phenomenon occurs when conductive contaminants exist between two turns of the winding,the turn-to-turn voltage reaches 230 V and maintains for 10 s continuously. It is confirmed that the critical conditions for turn-to-turn insulation failure induced by electrical tracking discharge include the presence of insulation
defects on both turns of the winding,the adhesion of conductive contaminants on the insulation surface,the application of sufficient voltage amplitude between turns,and the sustained duration of electrical tracking discharge. Based on the above research conclusions, water immersion insulation screening was carried out for this type of traction motor, with the unqualified rate detected to be 0. 49%, which is basically consistent with the actual failure rate of turn-to-turn insulation fault of the motor. After the adoption of the improved process measures of anhydrous cleaning combined with secondary varnish impregnation,the same type of turn-to-turn insulation fault of this traction motor has been completely eliminated and no similar failure cases have occurred again.
