单电阻采样下永磁同步风机带速重投研究

摘要: 永磁同步风机受外界风力的影响,在启动前存在转速不为零的情况,单电阻采样无法在传统零矢量下采集相电流,针对此问题,本文采用动态零矢量脉宽调制( active zero state pulse width modulation,AZSPWM) 完成相电流重构,并估计转子转速、转向和角度,结合带频率修正的流频比( I/f) 控制以及优化的切换控制方法,使风机能在宽转速范围下重投运行。 对提出的控制方法进行了实验验证,结果表明,本文提出的方法能在单电阻采样下,在风机初始转速为-800 r / min 至 800 r / min 的范围内,启动成功。

Abstract: Affected by wind, the fan will start in rotating condition. The traditional method cannot sense the motor current with single shunt in zero vector. To solve this problem,the active zero state pulse width modulation(AZSPWM) is adopted to reconstruct the phase current. The motor speed, rotation direction and rotor position are calculated. I/f with frequence modify and optimized transition method are adopted. The fan can start in wide speed range. The effectiveness of the proposed method has been verified by experimental results. The results show that the fan can start in rotaing condition with the speed of -800 r / min to 800 r / min.
