闭口槽内置式永磁同步电机空载漏磁计算

摘要: 永磁电机的空载漏磁系数反映了永磁体的有效利用程度,准确计算空载漏磁系数在电机的设计与分析中具有重要意义。 提出了一种基于磁网络模型的空载漏磁计算方法。 分析闭口槽内置式永磁电机空载磁通分布特征,得出三种主要漏磁通;建立集总参数磁导与十字形网络磁导相结合的等效磁网络模型,并给出了漏磁系数计算过程;分析定子槽口参数和转子结构参数对漏磁系数的影响规律;制造了一台 4 极 18 槽、功率为 25 kW 的闭口槽内置式潜油永磁电机,实验间接验证了磁网络模型计算闭口槽内置式永磁电机漏磁系数,准确率达到 95. 14%,为内置式潜油电机的快速设计和优化提供了参考。

Abstract: The no-load flux leakage coefficient in permanent magnet machines serves as an indicator of the effective utilization of permanent magnets. Accurately calculating this coefficient plays a crucial role in motor design and analysis. To address this issue,a no-load magnetic flux leakage calculation method based on magnetic network model is proposed. The no-load magnetic flux distribution characteristics of the closed-slot interior permanent magnet machine are analyzed, and three primary categories of magnetic flux leakage are identified. An equivalent magnetic network model combining lumped parameter permeance and cross-shaped network permeance is established, and the calculation process of magnetic flux
leakage coefficient is given. The effects of stator slot parameters and rotor structural parameters on the leakage coefficient are systematically investigated. A 4-pole 18 - slot,power 25 kW closed-slot interior submersible permanent magnet machine is fabricated. Experimental results demonstrate the accuracy of the proposed model in calculating the no-load flux leakage coefficient for closed-slot interior permanent magnet machines reaches 95. 14%, which provided a reference for the rapid design and optimization of the interior submersible machine.
