基于田口法的十五相感应电机多目标优化设计

Multi-Objective Optimization Design of Fifteen-Phase Induction Motor on Taguchi Method

摘要: 舰船电力综合推进系统对推进电机的可靠性与高效性提出了更严格的要求,本文设计了一台十五相感应电机,采用田口法将气隙长度、裂比、转子槽口宽、定子槽口宽、定子槽宽作为优化因子,将电磁转矩最大化、转矩脉动最小化与综合损耗最小化作为多目标优化设计的目标,通过建立正交实验对参数进行优化,最终得到最优电机结构参数。 通过有限元仿真分析对比优化前后电机性能,结果表明,优化后电机电磁转矩提升了 3. 6%,转矩脉动降低了 39. 8%,综合损耗降低了 9. 8%。

Abstract: Ship electric propulsion systems impose stringent requirements on the reliability and efficiency of propulsion motors. This paper presents the design of a fifteen-phase induction motor. Employing the Taguchi method,the air-gap length, split ratio,rotor slot opening width,stator slot opening width,and stator slot width were selected as optimization factors. With the objectives of maximizing electromagnetic torque,minimizing torque ripple,and minimizing comprehensive losses serving as the multi-objective optimization criteria, an orthogonal array experiment was constructed for parameter optimization,leading to the identification of an optimal set of motor structural parameters. The performance of the motor before and after optimization was compared based on finite element analysis. The results demonstrate that the optimized motor exhibits a 3. 6% increase in electromagnetic torque, a 39. 8% reduction in torque ripple, and a 9. 8% reduction in comprehensive losses.
